Refund or Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
• The item must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• The item must not be damaged, defective, or altered in any way.
• The item must not be a personalized item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@amr-saad.com  and provide your order number, name, and reason for return or exchange. 

We will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your refund or exchange is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Your exchange will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
